Next Steps

Before ordering the materials we require both a signed proposal and a 50% deposit.

  • The proposal can be signed and sent over electronically – or – printer off and sent by mail.
  • The deposit can be made by mailing a check – or – by paying online or over the phone with a credit card.

Fulfillment Policy

American Heritage Fence Company operates entirely on contractual agreements between AHFC and the customer. Once we have received a signed proposal and 50% deposit, the order is placed with our suppliers for the materials. The installation will be scheduled based upon the ship date of the materials. All materials are guaranteed to match specifications listed in the contractual agreement. Customers are responsible to read the contract in its entirety and verify that specifications are correct.

Refund Policy

Since all materials are ordered to match specifications, no refunds are available once the order has been placed. If changes are made to the job that differ from the signed proposal, the balance will be adjusted accordingly for completion.
